helpful. Our King Suite with City View was spacious and clean, offering a comfortable place to relax. However, I did notice some maintenance issues that needed attention upon arrival, although they were addressed quickly by staff.

Frustrating lack of parking during peak times!!! Room cleanliness inconsistencies marred my stay and noisy neighbors disrupted my peace!!! The high pet fees are completely ridiculous for short stays!!! Management needs to be more accommodating!!!

absoluteley DISAPPOINTED in the lack of regard for my party’s situation. we weren’t even able to book a room with my cousin's points. how unprofessional! the service was just as bad! i almost wanted to give a good review, but not a chance, the hospitality here is PATHETIC! check yourselves, Residence Inn. 1 star is generous.
